""We use Samsung SC-HMX20C Camcorder in our physical therapy practice to capture sports motion. The slow motion option records at 200 or 300 frames per second for a maximum of 10 seconds at a time which is excellent for capturing running mechanics, pitching mechanics or any other sports motion. With our old camera we just saw streaks where motion occurred but with this one we see specifically where the body part is at each step of the motion. The picture quality is still fairly grainy with this option--I expected better from High Def but you can't find a camera with this option at a better price so it's well worth it!"

""I use Samsung SC-HMX20C Camcorder to take short high definition video's of my son and my co-workers and I share my high definition video's at various high def video share websites. This camcorder doesn't play back in 1080p only 1080i so I bought a networked media tank which plays my mpeg-4 files in full 1080p. I can really tell the difference between 1080i and 1080p on my 32 inch hdtv The 300 fps video is standard def. It would have been nice if 300fps was high def but it's standard def. Took a video of the full moon. Had to adjust exposure because moon is too bright (not a problem) another drawback is you can't upload 1080x 60i on video share websites only 1080 x 30p"

""I was skeptical at first because I normally like Sony products and had been looking at the 120 GB HD Camcorder for much more, but I decided to Samsung SC-HMX20C Camcorder and give it a try knowing I could return it if I didn't like it. The HD space I thought is only 8 GB, Sony is a superior product, I will not be happy with the camera MP...so I thought. When I started using the camcorder it is first of all small and compact...can hold in the palm of my hand comfortably, unlike the bigger, bulkier Sony. I compared the pictures from my Canon 8.2 MP camera with the Cmacorder pictures and the quality is no better with the 8.2 Mp camera. The camera is EXTREMELY easy to use and really user freindly with the touch screen controls. The HD picture quality is impeckable!!!!! My last concern was omly 8 GB!!!! It gives you about 90 minutes record time, heck the battery life is only 90 minutes.....so it doesn't matterif you have 1 TB of hard drive if you don't have a battery what good is the space!!!! So what I did was buy an Ultra II SD card with 8 add'l GB is memory and an extra battery and the gives me 3 hrs. of continous recording time. It only takes 13 minutes to download a full Hard Drive of memory so after using it just down load to Computer and reuse. Believe me save the 400.00 dollars on the Sony and good with this Excellent, easy to use camcorder-Camera."
